We’re hiring an Agile Delivery Manager for a long-term project with our client, a market leader in the construction industry. You’ll be part of their Infrastructure & Operations team, helping to improve delivery processes, implement best practices, and support agile transformation.
This role offers full remote flexibility within the Czech Republic, with occasional business trips to Brno and Germany. You can also work from our Prague 5 office—it’s up to you! 🏡
🎯 What you will do:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure & operations projects.
- Work closely with the Product Owner, who defines the strategy and priorities, while you ensure efficient and effective execution.
- Support agile product teams in becoming self-organized and efficient.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in delivery processes.
- Monitor and report on flow metrics and delivery performance.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Act as a mentor and coach for agile teams, driving best practices.
✅ You’re a Great Fit for the Role If You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in delivery management and/or project management.
- Experience working with agile methods and self-organized teams.
- A strong background in Infrastructure & Operations within a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Fluency in English - you will be working in an international team

- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
- Scrum Master or Agile Coaching certification.
