Join us in building the next generation of in-car experiences. As a Product Owner at TRIXIT, you’ll guide innovative projects for an automotive client, turning ideas into features that drivers love. 🚘💖
This is a hybrid role – spend two days a week at our Mladá Boleslav office and work from home for the rest.
🎯 What You Will Do
- Define the product vision and priorities for connected car services and in-car apps.
- Keep the roadmap clear and aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Work closely with multiple development teams (backend, frontend, mobile, infotainment) using Scrum and LeSS.
- Own and refine the product backlog in JIRA, write user stories, and set sprint goals.
- Coordinate dependencies across teams and join Scrum of Scrums and PI Planning.
- Make sure quality standards are met and oversee testing and bug management.
- Share progress with stakeholders and keep documentation up to date in Confluence.
✅ You’re a Great Fit for the Role If You Have
- 3+ years as a Product Owner in agile environments (Scrum, LeSS).
- 3+ years experience managing IT projects.
- Solid knowledge of mobile and web app development and customer experience.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Fluent Czech or Slovak and strong English skills for daily communication in an international environment.
- Strong people skills – you can connect with others, motivate teams, and keep priorities on track.
➕ It Will Be a Plus if You Have
- Relevant certifications: Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent, Scrum Master or SAFe®.
- Experience in automotive industry.
- Knowledge of infotainment standards and OTA updates.
